The Office of Human Resources is responsible for personnel administration for all Diocesan Offices and the Pastoral Centers.

ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR LAY PERSONNEL ISSUES:
The purpose of the Advisory Committee for Lay Personnel Issues is to provide the Bishop with input on matters affecting lay employees. Committee members advise, review, provide consultation, and make recommendations to the Bishop on lay employee matters. The Committee also provides input and recommendations on the formulation of lay personnel policies.

PENSION ADMINISTRATION:
This program provides retirement benefits for eligible lay employees of the churches, schools, and other religious and charitable organizations operated under the general supervision and control of the Diocese.
