Open enrollment for the Voluntary Dental Plan will be held from Now thru June 20, 2008. If you would like to enroll, please complete the attached enrollment form and send to the HR Office. Parish/School employees should provide the enrollment forms to the appropriate person at the school or parish.

The Diocese is participating in a program through Wesbanco Bank called ”Perks at Work.” This is a voluntary program that offers special discounts on many banking services. If you are interested, please see the attachment which explains the program. If you want to take advantage of the services you may want to print the flyer out and take it with you when you go to the bank to inquire about services you are interested in.

From now until June 20, 2008 you may amend your 403(b) salary deferral by completing a new form. I have attached the form for your convenience. Please submit all new forms by JUNE 20, 2008. Changes will be effective with the 1st pay in July, 2008. If you are not changing, the current amount you have deducted from your pay will continue. Parish and School employees who execute new Salary Deferral agreements should give the form to your payroll person and also send a copy to the Human Resources office.
